It all started with some humble youth workers saying "Hey maybe we could do something better" That is when IOPA Staffing and Training was born.

Institute of Pacific Australia (IOPA) and its founders wanted to focus on helping others get jobs as youth workers, support workers, disability workers and mental health workers.

 

And if candidates couldn't get jobs based on their expereince, then IOPA started to direct them to a reputable RTO (Strategix Training Group) to complete the necessary qualifications to be work ready and legally compliant. Completing this qualfication with the help of IOPA, would definitely help candidates (like yourself) get in front of hiring managers.
